Storm Babet has left a trail of devastation in her wake as parts of Derby and the surrounding areas were left submerged under water.
Businesses have been forced to closed, roads left impassable and homes left with water pouring in as the continuous rain left the area unable to cope.
Penguin PR’s Simon Burch went for a walk around Derby at the weekend to see the damage left by the storm, heading down roads normally gridlocked by traffic and witnessed business parks submerged.
He took these incredible shots of the abandoned streets and the devastating aftermath of the storm.
