Vibrant Accountancy boost numbers with appointment of new Client Manager Maliha

A LEADING Derby accountancy firm has boosted its team with the appointment of a new Client Manager.

Experienced Maliha Hasan has joined award-winning Vibrant Accountancy after spending more than 10 years with Pro Tax Plus Accountants, where she helped to build the Ipswich-based business up from just three employees to a thriving, respected team.

As well as working on day-to-day accountants, Maliha also specialised in VAT returns, tax planning, personal and company tax returns at Pro Tax Plus Accountants, and mentored company franchisees.

“I love the energy and passion that working for Vibrant Accountancy brings,” said Maliha, who is an MAAT member, ACCA finalist and Xero advisor.

“Since joining the company, I have learned so much – and I’m keen to learn more.

“I had previously worked hybrid and it didn’t suit me; I am full-time in the office at Vibrant Accountancy and the atmosphere is just great.

“I get pleasure from making customers happy, and I am looking forward to doing more of that with Vibrant.”  

Vibrant owner Bev Wakefield says that Maliha is “a ray of sunshine” who brings with her a wealth of experience.

“We are absolutely delighted that Maliha has joined Vibrant Accountancy and, with her, she brings knowledge of accountancy as a whole, and, something that is important to me, mentoring,” said Bev, “she has bags of experience which will benefit our clients and she compliments our team perfectly.”

Maliha’s appointment takes the Vibrant team to nine, with a tenth member due to be appointed soon.

Bev is hoping that she can now focus her attention on other areas of the business, including the launch of a leadership programme called Lean On Vibrant.

Bev said: “My vision for the future is to continue to make an impact on our clients, team and community and so we will be involved in more community events.

“Lean on Vibrant is an exciting new development for us where entrepreneurial business owners will be put through a leadership programme to help them grow their organisation.

“We’ll continue to offer annual budgeting, cashflow forecasting, company accounts, tax returns and bookkeeping – everything that you associate with an accountancy firm – but will also expand our business coaching and growth strategy services.”
