Personalised gifting company Colleague Box – the startup created during the first national lockdown by husband and wife Adam and Natalie Bamford – has triumphed at the Midlands Final of the StartUp Awards National Series.
The Derby-based business, which has its headquarters on the Northedge Business Park, were named Business to Business Services Startup of the Year at the regional finals in Birmingham.
Twenty different awards were presented to entrepreneurs on the evening, highlighting the dynamic startup scene across the country that skyrocketed during the pandemic.

The awards were judged by a panel of prominent judges, including successful entrepreneurs such as Stefania Pellegrino of Purely, Tom Walker of Holy Moly Dips and serial entrepreneur Piers Linney.
Originally formed as the Wales StartUp Awards in 2016, the awards series has joined forces with the Great British Entrepreneur Awards to take the celebration of newly formed businesses nationwide.
